On the helpdesk page we have prepared up-to-date notices and many links to areas where, in our experience, users most often encounter problems or would like to know more about. On these links we have prepared recommendations, advice and answers to frequently asked questions.

If you don’t know where to find the answer to your question, you can use the search engine; if you still can’t find an answer, email us your question to . Don’t forget in your email to include your ARNES user name, to describe as best you can your problem, and to let us know when the problem occurred (date and time). You can expect a reply to your email each working day between 8 am and 8 pm.
