piramide, svetisca v J. Ameriki, ...), ... In sploh ni nujno, da so prej
navedeni razlogi znak iraconalnosti.

Pravilno.

Khm. Od kje pa ti ta podatek? Iz Misterijev? :-)))

No, pri Britannici ocitno Misterijev ne berejo in za njih je se vedno uraden
podatek:

The pyramids of ancient Egypt were funerary edifices. They were built over a
period of 2,700 years, ranging from the beginning of the Old Kingdom to the
close of the Ptolemaic Period; but the time at which pyramid building
reached its acme, the pyramid age par excellence, was that commencing with
the 3rd dynasty and ending with the 6th (c. 2686-2345 BC). During those
years the pyramid was the regular type of royal tomb. It was not, as such,
an isolated structure, but was always part of an architectural complex. The
essential components, during the Old Kingdom at any rate, were the pyramid
itself, containing or surmounting the grave proper and standing within an
enclosure on high desert ground; an adjacent mortuary temple; and a causeway
leading down to a pavilion (usually called the valley temple), situated at
the edge of the cultivation and probably connected with the Nile by a canal.
About 80 royal pyramids have been found in Egypt, many of them, however,
reduced to mere mounds of debris and long ago plundered of their treasures.
(see also Index: Egyptian arts and architecture, ancient, funerary
architecture)

Glede piramid v Gizi pa:

Arabic AHRAMAT AL-JIZAH, three 4th-dynasty (c. 2575-c. 2465 BC) pyramids
erected on a rocky plateau on the west bank of the Nile River near al-Jizah
(Giza), Egypt; they are included among the Seven Wonders of the Ancient
World. The northernmost and the oldest pyramid of the group was built by
Khufu (Greek: Cheops), the second king of the 4th dynasty. Called the Great
Pyramid, it is the largest of the three, the length of each side at the base
averaging 755 3/4 feet (230.4 m) and its original height being 481 2/5 feet
(147 m). The middle pyramid was built by Khafre (Greek: Chephren), the
fourth of the eight kings of the 4th dynasty; the structure measures 707 3/4
feet (216 m) on each side and was originally 471 feet (143 m) high. The
southernmost and last pyramid to be built was that of Menkaure (Greek:
Mycerinus), the sixth king of the 4th dynasty. Each side measures 356 1/2
feet (109 m), and the structure's completed height was 218 feet (66 m). All
three pyramids were plundered both internally and externally in ancient
times. Thus, most of the grave goods originally deposited in the burial
chambers are missing, and the pyramids no longer reach their original
heights because they have been almost entirely stripped of their outer
casings of smooth white limestone; the Great Pyramid, for example, is now
only 451 2/5 feet (138 m) high. Khafre, the middle pyramid, does retain the
outer limestone casing at its topmost portion.

Prvic slisim.

nasel drugacne podatke):

The earliest and most famous example in art is the colossal recumbent Sphinx
at Giza, Egypt, dating from the reign of King Khafre (4th king of 4th
dynasty, c. 2575-c. 2465 BC). This is known to be a portrait statue of the
king, and the sphinx continued as a royal portrait type through most of
Egyptian history. (Arabs, however, know the Sphinx of Giza by the name of
Abu al-Hawl, or "Father of Terror.") Through Egyptian influence the sphinx
became known in Asia, but its meaning there is uncertain. The sphinx did not
occur in Mesopotamia until about 1500 BC, when it was clearly imported from
the Levant. In appearance the Asian sphinx differed from its Egyptian model
most noticeably in the addition of wings to the leonine body, a feature that
continued through its subsequent history in Asia and the Greek world.
Another innovation was the female sphinx, which first began to appear in the
15th century BC. On seals, ivories, and metalwork they were portrayed
sitting on their haunches, often with one paw raised, and were frequently
paired with a lion, a griffin (part eagle and part lion), or another sphinx.

Nekako se ne nagibam k vesoljskemu izvoru. :-)) Niti neznanim blazno
naprednim civilizacijam, od katerih niso [se] nasli nicesar. Vsaj kaksno
plastenko ali steklenico Coca-Bunga bi pricakovali ob piramidah.:-))
