User support

For help with connecting to the Eduroam network users can turn to the user support service at their home organisation where their user accounts have been configured. The home organisation’s  user support should also be contacted when roaming in other networks in the Eduroam system. 

Eduroam networks in Slovenija are based on common technical solutions and standards and therefor when roaming the settings on wireless equipment don’t need to be changed (e.g. laptops, handhelds,…). The identity of the user connecting to the network is checked at his or her home organisation regardles of their location. Possible difficulties with roaming in other Eduroam networks are also first detected at the home organisation.
